Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. The product must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

  • Product must be in new and unused condition
  • Original packaging required with all accessories and manuals
  • Return must be authorized in advance by our customer service team
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email info@electroniquehifi.ca or call us at 514-352-4434 with your order number and reason for return.

Get Your Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Ship the Product

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Keep your tracking number.

Refund

Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are incomplete, damaged, or show signs of use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products returned after the 30-day period
  • Items returned without prior authorization (RMA number)

Exchanges

Want to exchange a product for a different model? Contact our team and we'll guide you through the process. The same return conditions apply. If the new product has a different price, we'll adjust the difference.

Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal warranty as per the Civil Code. Non-compliant products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 90 days of delivery. All claims must include the product in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective upon delivery.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier within 3 days of delivery and contact us immediately. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product — we'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
