These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Electronique Hi-Fi Inc. (Quebec business #1149049273) and any buyer placing an order on this website. The purchase must not be directly related to the buyer's professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use.

Electronique Hi-Fi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The terms applicable to any order are those in effect on the date the order is placed.

Products listed on the website are available within the limit of available stock. Electronique Hi-Fi may modify its inventory at any time without prior notice.

Sales are intended for buyers residing in Canada exclusively.

Product photos are faithful representations but do not legally bind the seller. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings.

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), excluding applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated based on the billing province at checkout.

Electronique Hi-Fi reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

All orders include free standard shipping across Canada.

Orders can be placed with an account or as a guest. We accept credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay — all processed through a secure payment interface.

Payment by these methods is irrevocable. In the event of a fraudulent dispute, the buyer must challenge the charge within the timeframe specified by their financial institution (typically 70 to 120 days).

Electronique Hi-Fi retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, fees, and taxes.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Loomis Express, or Purolator with tracking provided. Delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

If the delivery exceeds thirty (30) days from the confirmed shipping date, the buyer may request termination of the sale and a full refund.

Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the packaging and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Claims for shipping damage must be filed with the carrier within three (3) days of delivery.

Electronique Hi-Fi operates under an obligation of effort, not an obligation of results. The company shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from internet-related issues including but not limited to: loss of data, unauthorized access, viruses, service interruptions, or other involuntary technical problems.

All elements of this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Electronique Hi-Fi Inc. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Electronique Hi-Fi is committed to the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian and Quebec privacy laws. Your data is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders and improving your shopping experience.

You may access, modify, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us in writing.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Canadian law and, more specifically, the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
